1. Trade QB Connor Cook, TE Clive Walford, and SS Karl Joseph For Highest Possible Draft Pick(s).


2. Sign QB Tim Tebow Make Him #2 On The Depth Chart.


3. Sign OT Branden Albert.

I always do three things before starting a real CFM (I'll do a few test ones to see what's new/changed first) but they are:

1. Completely overhaul the rosters to my liking.
2. Sim the entire first season.
3. Choose one of the teams with the worst record and start my CFM in year 2 with them.

Im doing a league with a bunch of buds and I picked the Seahawks. My first three moves would be:

1.Go out and trade for some o-lineman. most likely a guard and rt.

2. bring in defensive tackle for the d-line

3. maybe pick up another corner to put opposite Sherman and another outside linebacker.

I'm going to play with the Browns also and will be trading Osweiler for a late pick. Then I'll see how well Kizer does and whether I'll need to start looking for a franchise QB or not.

For my colts continue to improve the defense. Get more edge rushers through the draft and look for o line and rb depth. I may go after hill or Bernard from cincy since they have a stable there.
