That's cool and all but will the qb actually call him out?

"Git gud."???

Hmmm, wonder which age group this game is being catered towards? That concerns me more than anything else I have seen or read to date about M18...

This and Defensive Assignments, along with "auto-flip" to strength in Madden 17.

I like it.

I wonder if we will get the QB animation pointing them out, like Peyton Mannings and Tom Brady

Exactly.

One thing I've learned with Madden is LOOKING like something is happening based on user adjustment is extremely important. It's been the case with defensive shading for a while.

The source of that meme, Dark Souls, is not exactly a children's game.

Anyway, I'm super-psyched for this feature. I hope it's basically a requirement to use to set up pass protections (else you get beat by blitzes basically immediately). One of the smaller but notable authenticity problems with the game IMO is how quickly both users and CPU players snap the ball after ready-for-play. This will at least slow them both down a touch.

Hopefully, this means more organic protection in the game then.
