more custom playbook woes

following on from the blank plays being offered in coach suggestion from my custom playbook, i've now stumbled upon another issue.
let's say on second down i pick a screen play, the team comes out in a punt formation for some reason.
it doesn't happen every play but about every fifth one.
any ideas on a fix?

My team does that occasionally on third downs. I am pretty sure it is a custom playbook issue. I treat it as a delay of game penalty or use a time out.

just curious OP, did you download a playbook? I know a guy in our league that did and has had this issue a few times . I made my own playbooks at launch and have yet to have it happen in 4 seasons worth of games. So im curious as to what may cause it. Do you have all 4 audible choices filled for every single formation ? Seems i saw somewhere if every single one not filled with plays it can cause issues. Maybe check all audibles for every formation and make sure they are all filled with no empty audible slots.
