the Chiefs need all red socks for their color rush uniforms. I think the Bears and Bills are the only other teams with striped socks but they are a solid color.

I clearly said "if you can't access the CPU uni change (those with existing CFMs)" because some with existing CFMs were reporting that.

Then, I gave an alternate way that I was able to change CPU uniforms in last years Madden.

In no way, shape, or form did I say that the update "doesn't work". I simply said if you can't access the CPU uni change.

So, not exactly sure where you're getting this.

Hey guys just finished a full game between the Steelers and Titans, and I don't believe the uniforms were the only thing included in this patch. This game is playing great. I believe they may have fixed the quarterback play. Three times Mariota was in the pocket, couldn't find a receiver open, and took off down the field. He was dangerous, just as I expected him to be. Additionally, the game looks wonderful tonight. Did they refine the graphics to make the color rush jerseys stand out? One other thing is that the tackling seems much more fluid. I believe they made some other changes to the game.

and the color rush jerseys by the way look out standing. What a tremendous addition to the game.

Random. I happen to be playing the Chiefs and thought I'd play with both teams color rush. I am home with Falcons, so I'm rocking the red rush outfit. I checked out the Chiefs. Their color rush looks exactly the same as their home outfit? Red jersey and red pants. I noticed the shoes changed, though? Red and yellow went to all red. Am I missing something here? Not a big deal for me, but I'm curious what Chiefs fans think?
