CFM Draft: Undrafted Player Studs?

Anyone seen physical studs hiding in players who are projected to go undrafted? It pretty much never happened in M16, so curious if it does now. Would be cool if there were future stars who could potentially go undrafted.

I haven't found any real "studs" per say, but in my current draft class I felt that the running back position was particularly weak. I have been looking for a solid replacement for Rashad Jennings as he quickly diminishes in ability after a year or so. I was looking through the free agency, "practice squad eligible', exclusively as I was looking for competition between the running backs through the preseason and I found two running backs that had quick development. One was a power back and one was a speed back. Which has now created a bit of an interesting opportunity to try and utilize the formation subs. They were 67 and 69 respectively. So they are there, and for me it seemed that it occurred when the draft class was particularly weak.
