Multiple people have tweeted the Ea Support team about this issue and all they say is Microsoft is investigating the issue.

I mean if they gave you a month free would that make you happy? Probably not.


From the sounds of it the other games in access are working so technically you're getting what you paid for. Just unfortunately this game had a weird interaction with pre-order. EA couldn't forsee this happen and I'm sure they are working to fix it and it just must not be simple.

Ea and Microsoft gotta love it. Mine ended after 2 quick sim games and a combined 90 minutes. Very disappointing to say the least.

mine said 11hrs and 17 minutes and i wish it let me keep going because it booted me in a 2min drill drive in the 4th to win the game...lol

Sorry to those who have been ripped off nothing short of getting your money back should be the solution
