Hire/Fire Coach during season

If your playing as owner can u fire and hire a new coach during the season?

What coaches do u get to choose from?? If other people have left your franchise can u hire their characters if they played as coaches to coach your team?

Also when looking at available coaches what info do you see?? Their all time coaching records??

Yes you can.

I restarted a Titans franchise post patch, in owner mode on-line, and fired my coach a couple games in to hire a coach that was a QB specialist.

You can hire from whatever may be in the pool due to other firings or choose from some madden generated coaches. They display shows their record, tendencies, and any added skills they may have if I remember correctly.

so then if my buddy "retires himself" and then i re-invite him and he chooses to be an owner and then hires himself. He will be able to choose his original character theoretically? and even though were in week 14 he can do this???

I think if he retires, the character retires as well, so he won't be available for rehire.

Anyone else get annoyed that the fake coaches don't wear headsets.

Bro that drives me so crazy. Especially cause the fake coaches were generated already by the CPU so u would think they would have headsets. also they give u some options on what they wear but why not let us decide if they wear hats or visors etc

When you "retire" a regular coach they still remain the coach of the team. However, I think if you retire a player created coach he actually retires and will no longer be the coach of that time.
