Just what I'm seeing
I don't necessarily agree with what you're saying, but for the sake of argument let's accept as true what you're saying about the lower rated players. The irony is that for the past 12 or 13 Maddens stick stills have allow users to turn practically any User controlled player into a HOFer. So the problem now is just that everyone can, in theory, make pedestrian players into demigods instead of just those with the so called stick skills?

H2H play, always a thousand issues. Luckily I'm not seeing this at all in my User v CPU games.

Do this today: Instead of $%*#!@& on a game you're not going to play or movie you're not going to watch, say something good about a piece of media you're excited about.

Do the same thing tomorrow. And the next. Now do it forever.

Help please. I'm playing on the xbox 360 and am having some trouble. I'm in connected franchise and was hoping to see the combine scouting reports but haven't found any yet. Is that only for the xbox one and newer generation consoles?

Re: Madden NFL 16 Community Impressions

All in all it's a great game. the biggest negative is the CFM bugs. After playing some mut and champs draft, I'm dead keen to start a cfm.

the balance of play is pretty much excellent imo. it's mostly realistic, and it's just about always fun.

my last 3 games have been just all extremes and opposites.

Bears (me) def GB 20 - 17. Rodgers & cutler both threw for 3 ints. The running games were stuffed with 60 yards for me, 80 for them. Cutler threw a 48 yard TD to Alshon as time ran out to win the game for me after I dominated them 10-nil until the 4th qtr.

Cowboys (me) lost 28 - 38 to Pats. Just all offense, Bolden on 3rd and 12 at nil-all deep in the 2nd qtr broke off a 74 yard TD run, and from there it was all offense.

I was down 28 - 31 at the 2 min warning in my own 20 and threw a pick 6 with romo to lose the game.

Chiefs 17 def (me) Steelers 16. In this one, the passing games were totally shut down (both teams around 100 yards passing) as the CPU chiefs put up 316 yards rushing up while I racked up 220 yards.

Charles put up an 82 yard TD run early in the 4th on a 3rd and 16 when I sent the house after him. I kicked a FG with 3 mins left and KC just killed the clock with Knile and JC ...

It's a super fun game this year. so many little things happening, it's not funny.

So far my only vomplaint is some of the WR stuff is a bit overdone. In my MUT, I have devante adams as my WR ... and he seems way over powered. He's turned into a clone between Dez and Odell and is bringing down everything for me.

not sure if it's just a mut thing, though.

Re: Madden NFL 16 Community Impressions

So far I am REALLY impressed with madden 16. I have to say i was expecting another updated roster and same game play from last year. Not so much IMO this game has me wanting to come back for more and i haven't thought that since madden08. I just finished my 5th exhibition game (no i haven't been able to play a lot) and im waiting for the 1st patch and roster update to start MUT/CF but man im impressed! 1st the game looks gorgeous, stadiums are detailed player faces look good for once along with models and the game play is tight. I love all the little things like QB walking up to the huddle, player interactions, new WR catches and pass game. In all im diggin this years madden so far and very much pleased!!! Keep at it EA

Re: Madden NFL 16 Community Impressions

Just played my first game in CFM on all madden after playing on all pro the past week. I was pleasantly surprised, it was only one game but it didn't really feel cheap like all madden in the past. Defenders weren't making ridiculous plays and the offense was stoppable but efficient. Cpu pass rush was stout getting in on me pretty easily leading to me throwing 4 picks but all in all it felt good.

Realistic?

Rodgers tossing 3 ints isn't, expecially against the Bears.

But I do agree the game plays very nicely. I played vs Dallas last night and swapped Hundley for Rodgers and the dropoff is huge between the 2.
Dallas utilized Bryant/Witten early and often. Just wish the patch would drop.

Re: Madden NFL 16 Community Impressions

Has anyone shanked a punt or a kick? On All Madden, I have, just my fault on the stick. Love it. Kicking is more challenging, and one mess up cost me a game.
