I don't remember but did we see any pre-release All-Madden gameplay last year? Only reason why I ask is because I'm pretty sure all the stuff was also just Pro and All-Pro and the QB this year hasn't looked much different in the M16 vids than what I remember from last year. Had we gotten a bunch of All-Madden default videos with QB accuracy at 50 I'm sure it wouldn't have been all that surprising that it wasn't nearly as effective as it was touted to be.

Re: Madden NFL 16: E3 Hands-On Preview

Looks interesting enough for me to buy it.

As with FIFA, i'm still stuck with 14 (old gen), and i'm planning to buy Madden or FIFA this year (because i'm getting the PS4 next month), and i can't get both because MGSV...

So far, Madden looks way better than FIFA when compared to their previous versions.

Games looks pretty good, but as most of you, i'm really worried about these "superstar catches"... I just hope they have finally fixed the OL/DL interactions, psychic DBs and sniper-level of accuracy of QBs in the last 2 or 3 minutes of the game when the CPU is losing.

Until they get rid of that Madden will forever be a joke to me no matter how many times these fake reviews claim it's better each year.

I appreciate all of the Madden updates, and early info, and your personal opinion of upcoming iterations of the game. (I 'thumb-up' many of comments and information that you provide here.)

So don't take offense to this, but I would argue that you are the epitome of a Madden "die-hard". We need not look any further than your own signature ("Been playing Madden since '92") to know where your allegiance is. Therefore I wouldn't quite say that you are an objective/impartial voice in the football gaming community. I don't exactly recall you giving Madden 15 a middle-of-the-road "7.5", but I do recall much of the hype & promotions you gave the game before release -- which feels very similar to this year...

For NFL-gaming-craved fans (like myself), I hope that your expectations for Madden 16 become correct...

I understand why you may feel that way, but there's a big difference between this year and last year, I've actually played the game this year and quite a bit of it. I'm not just going off of what someone else has said, but what I have experienced for myself. There's still flaws in the game for sure, but I feel like this is the most balanced, most improved Madden in a long time, but some of the improvements are subtle, but if you add them all up, it makes a big difference.
