You also get a little bit of xp everytime you complete a play. So if I run up the middle with Alfred Morris and get tackled by Bobby Wagner, both Morris and Wagner will get a +1xp appear beside them in a faint rising animation.
I don't mind this, but I am going to guess this is going to make a lot of people here unhappy.

In fact it’s very hard sometimes on defense, cause they want you to get 2 sacks with a specific player, or they want you to hurry the QB 4 times, or get a 3 and out, or even get a ball hawk interception by your DB.
The implication being that Madden NFL now tracks QB pressures in some meaningful way; this is good.

All in game xp and goal feedback can be turned off.

Thank Baby Jesus. That whole idea was turning me off from the mode and the game entirely.

I can't help but feel that despite the cosmetic changes, CFM this year is Madden 15.5. Stuff being tweaked that can be considered needing serious patching last year. I'm not grooving with this at all.

The RPG thing is a huge turn off, no matter how you twist it. it is going to alter the Way the game is played, not for realism but in order to rack up points.
It has nothing to do with what we see on sundays, and therefor should have no place in this game.

The "Put a Bow on it" drive goal would be perfect opportunity for EA to clean up end game scenarios. Get those two first downs and the AI takes over for the remaining snap to take a knee and go straight into cut scene instead of taking a knee and players wondering around like their lost.

I've always thought the EA team is missing a huge presentation opportunity by forcing the clock to run down before getting to the end of game presentation. I would love to see some option that both players can agree to (like the friendly quit option) for online CFM games where the end of the game can flow naturally.

Exactly with commentary about both teams next games and what this win/loss means to each in standings.

Maybe a goal like the "Put a Bow on it" will finally lead to this animation/sequence.
