Created players and confidence

I created a few players who were left off the rosters and made sure their ratings, including confidence (65) were in line with the rest of the league before starting my CFM.

Two weeks into the preseason I notice all three of the created players have ZERO confidence. There is no explanation as to why when I check the screen for confidence changes. One of them is a starter(FB) so I don't think it has to do with depth chart positioning.

Has anyone else noticed this? Kind of bums me out since their ratings are already declining because of this.

Yes I created 3 players and they started off with 0.

Hopefully there is a workaround. I'd rather not spend all of my game prep hours for several weeks just getting their confidence up to normal and their declining ratings back up.

I just went out there and won games, rest took care of itself. Tbh I didn't notice much of a change in game play.

What does consistency do this year? In the description it says increase xp gained in drills. I thought that was what development was?
