The audicity to put Wilson on the same rank as Brady has created quite a stir - credit the marketing team for that publicity stunt.

We gotta stop nitpicking this matter for its brainy worth (lol) it dont make sense on paper but it is making cents for them in dollars.

I need to see what Wilson does without a top 3 ALL TIME defense before I can make the claim that he is elite. I'm not saying he can't, I'm just saying he hasn't needed to yet.
You have a point with the Carolina game, but the other two games Wilson put up the stats and points to carry them. He's not in control of what the defense does, just because a score was 34-7 and not 34-28 doesn't mean the team is relying on the defense more than the offense. They both did a tremendous job.

With Russel Wilson, in order to get his overall where many of you think it's should be, without knowing them all obviously, what stats do you lower? Maybe it is an accurate representation of how he is. Do we drop his ratings just so he "fits" in the scheme of how we perceive him compared to Tom Brady. We would be complaining if it was the other way around. We should rate players how they are and not compared to their peers.

First that 89 deep throw acc is way to high. I watched him enough to need a lot of proof that that's legit. If any of those young guys should be 93 it's Luck. He's a better passer and just as athletic. IMO. Just watch the Colts v Seahawks game from this past year.

For arguments sake. If the list was limited to Mobile Qbs only what would it look like?

Re: Madden NFL 15 Top 5 Quarterbacks

I take back what I said about Wilson. I looked up the stat's and he was actually 3rd in the league in Deep Accuracy at 48.3% according to PFF. I'm not sure how 89 compares with others but, hopefully not many will be 90+ unless they did a great job of tuning accuracy so QB's are much less accurate than they used to be.

For the record , kudos to everyone for making this debate healthy and not personal. I could do this for hours.
