When fired as a coach and forced to retire....has anyone been offered a job with another team? How does that work? With my first coach I was fired after losing in the second round of the playoffs.

If you wait too long after being fired you'll be forced to retire. And you can create a new character and choose the team you were fired from, or start fresh with a new team that you wanted to join. I made the mistake of waiting too long after being fired.
