Well to be honest look at the fact he skipped the combine all interviews & even refuse to do a pro day & all the typical stuff a prospect does he appears arrogant & all about him

It's not a good look & puts him in the Diva category I mean I get not working out at the combine

But to skip interviews & to skip pro days all together is unheard of I don't ever recall any elite prospects skipping interviews & pro days

So with all due respect those are red flags & I'd be neverous if I was a cards fan because it's not a good look & could be a sign of things to come.

Deion Sanders rather famously stood up the Giants rather than submit to an interview with them because the Giants did not hold a pick high enough in the draft to realistically select Sanders.

More recently, top quarterback draft prospects skip combine drills, throwing at the combine, and Pro Day activities all the time; it's routine at this point. They typically still do interview but only with the teams at the top of the draft.

There's a difference between being a diva and having the confidence to not have one's time wasted lol.

it's about respect
if he is great in the interview then they can move up and pick him

New info regarding this situation... this stems from a conflict he had with Fanatics when he was in college according to the Pat McAfee show. MHJ will join eventually but not now.

Over the last few months

Skipping all the combine stuff + all the pro day stuff & now this seems like Marvin Harrison Sr needs to step in & pull his son aside & set him straight cuz he has made some questionable decisions that daddy shouldn't be happy about because Marvin Harrison Sr did it the right way when he played he was a class act & everything you want from a WR

Perhaps Marvin Harrison Jr should learn a thing or 2 from daddy cuz right now this isn't a good look for him..

Ironically, this post comes of as a spoiled self centered person.

MHJ was the first non-QB taken so opting out of the combine and pro-day did exactly what it was supposed to do. It was the right decision.

As for the game, it's his right as a human being to not be in the game if he does not want to be. The game will go on with or without him.

Unlike the college players that took peanuts, MHJ might be making the smart move, trying to negotiate his own deal for a company trying to utilize his name image and likeness.

Plus, anyone who wants him this first year can still create him for use over the coming months. I wouldn't have a problem if every rookie had to be created from scratch, tho I am grateful EA makes every effort to include them any way. What would be frustrating is if you had to create a player who opted out after his rookie year, where you couldn't recreate his first year stats. Hence, whether Marvin in or out this coming fall, think we will all be fine whatever way he goes. Personally, I believe he will be in release day.

The NFLPA isn't a company...
