I tried moving him to punter but they just cut him. Any ideas on how to make it so the computer doesn't play him or cut him? Thanks

Reduce his injury rating and hope he gets injured in preseason or practice

Lower his ratings week 1 of the season enough to be a backup.

Make sure to take a picture of what they were before. Iv done this beofre when teams draft a star QB while they have a good one on the roster already

I was doing some test franchises and noticed Deshaun would start from the beginning. Odd how he isn't listed as injured with 11 weeks or what not. Manual injuries would allow us to fix this if EA ever added it to the game.
