If you play 7 min qtrs does AI sim the same for stats?

I play 7 min qtrs on franchise but seams like the rest of the teams put up huge offensive numbers compared to me. Does the AI teams also sim 7 min qtrs or are they 15 causing an imbalance in stats?

They always get the same sim stats. Not affected by Q length. EA won't give us control over that like other games do (and have done for 15+ years).

Sometimes I'll sim 1-3 games a season to help with the stat imbalance. All of the progression is tied into that stuff so it can mess some things up if you're too far below everyone.
