Simply Realistic - All-Pro Slider Set

Howdy all,

The goal of this set is to achieve fun, smooth looking gameplay while racking up realistic stats on both the user and CPU side, all without breaking immersion (low tackling sliders for example totally break immersion). With this set the CPU pass/run split has been fantastic, the gameplay has been super fun and the stats that come out of this have been the most realistic I've ever seen from a Madden game. There is also a beautiful game-to-game variance in strategy and overall play from the opposing team. At the bottom of the post you'll find some recent examples of game variance.

All-Pro
Simulation
11 min quarters
18 seconds clock accel (20 if you regularly chew clock)
Offensive play call cooldown 10
Offensive play call limit 3

Should give you 50ish plays a game, right in line with the play count for simmed games so you'll be able to compete fairly stats wise.

If you're averaging 60+ offensive plays a game then I would lower the clock accel further. I measure play count for the user and CPU by taking the QB pass attempts and aggregate rush attempts for the team then dividing by 17. Best offenses in the league consistently post low 50s in combined pass + rush attempts per game

Unfortunately if you raise quarter length or clock accel to 20+ you'll get a similar play count to IRL football (60ish) but your stats will be skewed as you'll be averaging 10ish more snaps than the best offenses in your league

User/CPU

QBA 25/25
Pass Block 49/51
WR Catch 45/45
Run Block 0/100
Ball Security 45/49
Pass Reaction 55/55
INT 25/25
Pass Coverage 55/55
Tackle 50/50

*If you want the game to be harder, raise the CPU pass block in small increments until you're satisfied*

Injury 18
Fatigue 58
Speed Parity 55 (thx stiffarmleft)
Physics Based Tackling 55

FGP 55
FGA 30
PP 51
PA 45
KP 52

Offside 80
False Start 81
Holding 55
Facemask 95
Pass Interference 95
Illegal Block 55
Roughing 50
All other penalties to ON

Additional Settings
Home Field Advantage On (momentum has been removed from the game so it's only HFA. I like it as it gives each stadium something unique)
Ball Hawk On
D Switch Assist On
Multi-meter kicking
Placement & Accuracy Passing with small lead and reticle speed at 7 (use what you want)

I use Funkycoms XP sliders with these as well

Draft Class: 2025DRAFTBUZZ (found on Reddit and it's awesome)

Examples + Testing Methods

I test by playing the same team multiple times in franchise, backing out and reloading the save so it does not recognize that I am replaying the same game again (in years past I feel like if you replayed the same game enough they made it easier the more you tried again).

Recent examples of game-to-game variance below

These were played with a rebuilt Raiders squad (added Stafford, Deebo, Sneed, Montgomery and Holcomb)

Vs KC:
17-20 L slugfest with a walk off FK

34-31 W shootout where mahomes completed 15 straight passes with a near perfect passer rating. Goes to OT and both teams have to punt twice in the period!!

13-30 L first half was a defensive battle with a 3-6 score but some turnovers on my end opened the game up in the second. KC started running a lot once they went up 2 scores

Vs MIA:
24-13 W where Tua completes only 47% of his passes so they focus on feeding Achane while I was able to run at a 6 ypc clip

In another they completely stuffed my run game while Tua was throwing 50 yard bombs to Reek (didn't note the score)

Vs DEN
20-18 W where Javonte runs for 158 yards and Bo Nix completes 54% of his passes

26-29 L where Nix completes 67% of his passes for a 118 passer rating. Nix and Javonte also put up 150+ rushing yards

17-14 W where both offenses play like dog ****, each throwing a pick six

Vs PIT
9-38 L where Najee ran wild and I threw 4 picks. Russ connected on a few long bombs but only threw 20 times.

Didn't note the scores for the other games but 1/2 Najee ran wild and the other they barely ran the ball and couldn't do much on offense

Vs CIN
27-35 L shootout where Burrow throws 5 TDs. They barely ran the ball but not all teams will. I'm 11th in run defense despite Cinci running 8 times which should say it all. I've always had the #1 run defense because teams just wouldn't run and when they did they weren't effective

I've given up over 100 rushing yards in 13/20 test games

Hope you all enjoy these. Having an absolute blast in franchise to the point where I can spend 20 mins just browsing stats and box scores from around the league

0/100 run block works wonderfully, running was too easy for me and too hard for the cpu. I now have to at least consider the cpu running game and not just sit back in coverage. Bijan Robinson lit me up for 190 yards. I kept my speed threshold at 55, opens up the game a little more for me, which I like.

Question about that—how were the pancakes with RBK at 100?

0/100 is the way to go on AP 100%. Like you said, before I'd just be going through the motions on defense. Now I actually have to lock in and think

Any other changes you running besides 55 parity? I'll try that out too. I originally ran these with 50 parity but it was a bit too easy on both sides of the ball + some players just felt too slow

I notice more pancakes in pass blocking than run blocking even at 100

The most I’ve seen is 5 from the CPU, doesn’t seem too egregious.

No other changes, game plays fantastic. Like you said, no going through the motions on offense or defense. I have to make pre snap adjustments to be successful.

Stock sliders or my set? Just curious cuz you'd be the first to use mine I think haha
