What ratings affect QB scramble rate? Help please!

I am getting frustrated with how often cpu QBs scramble. What ratings would I lower if I wanted them to stay in the pocket more and scramble/run less?

Are there any rating categories that affect it? For instance, Dak is a balanced QB but rarely scrambles, but Lawrence is also a balanced QB but he scrambles all the time.

Is this happening against every team you play. Are we talking double digit scrambles? Are you excluded designed QB runs?
