can't download files

getting an error message trying to download rosters and draft classes on Madden 20, says the file has been removed by it's user, says that on all of them! anyone else having this problem? I can't download anything now! tried like 100X on some of these files!

This is a well known problem happening on all 3 platforms (Xbox, PS4 & PC). Follow this link for updates from EA:

They're aware of it and "supposedly" looking into but who knows if they'll ever fix it. I've been on their case about it but it's the weekend and with the Corona Virus who knows if they're fully staffed right now.

i took them over a month to fix the no new files showing issue!

It's still not fixed because 90% of the time when I download a file (assuming it even downloads) it still doesn't show up in my Load/Delete folder.
