u cant edit rosters with new coaches or anything like that nobody has cracked the codes for new systems.

I had always hoped they brought back the ability to have offensive, defensive and special teams coordinators to the game. And we could hire from a larger pool of candidates.

can anyone explain why I had to pick a new franchise after winning 3 straight superbowls!?? was a online connected franchise and I was playing as an owner in owner mode.. I had no choice but to retire or pick a new team, why did this happen?? any answers would help me understand why this happened

I believe it is because you did not renew your contract, which I accidentally did one time in coach mode and each week went by and I literally just sat there doing nothing. Or maybe you ran out of money which I haven't really used owner mode so I dont know. You should be able to at least switch and then coach your same team...Or maybe you retired. Or maybe the game is busted which would also make sense. But there should be some way to get back to your same team, maybe switch to another team. then switch right back, i dont know. . .

When I retired my coach and went back to my team it was locked.. It was an online connected franchise...I was playing as the owner.. I assume it was a money issue idk

There is a way this can be done. I currently have Rex Ryan as the Bills coach and John Fox as the Bears coach. You have to select an owner as a character. Go to staffing and fire the coach. You then have to retire the coach you plan to hire by creating a new coach. When you go back to your owner character, the coach that you just retired should be available to hire when you go back to staffing. I hope this helps.
