So I want to import new team logos for the 32 teams in Madden 20. I looked at this tutorial, and it didn't show me how to do it. Can someone help me here?

theres a base template i found but lost of the helment that used tenn. and shows what each part of helmet is, anyone seen it?

how do you change the helmet color shell or do i need to do a png with the color

This is done in the alpha channel, the background (pure black) is the shell color and the decals (pure white) are the strips and logos.

that helps, the only thing in looking it as alpha channels is how change it so the black would appear a color i want. is simply putting a new layer with the color, to i want do something the the aplaha itself. say a red shell when i finish it. i get the logo change a stripes.

got the helmet color shell figured out now on to doing number stuff. that i have i have learned. just havent gotten far enough to to do yet.
