Madden keeps crashing for me. Help

I've had this game since it released, used to work great, but noticing past couple weeks, game starts up correctly; heres things that make it crash: I go on Manage Roster, scroll a couple times, it crashes, if I Play Now, game starts, but instantly crashes on Kickoff, if I go on my CFM, it loads up, I scroll to my roster, it crashes.

My PC specs are Intel Core i5 - 8GB Memory - NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1050 - 1TB + 8GB Hybrid Hard Drive, my GeForce driver is updated to the latest one, and as mentioned before game has worked great before. And Im not using any mods or anything, just the plain out game.



What can I do to fix this?

i had this problem last night as well.. turned out frosty mod manager was causing it to happen. reinstalled fmm now everything works. hope that fixes your problem

Interesting. I do have both Frosty Mod Manager and Editor saved on my Desktop but im not launching the game from that. Should I just delete those from my Desktop?

hmm interesting. i would check the default files for madden and make sure none of the mods are causing the issue. it took me about 40 minutes to pick and choose what could cause the problem. all fails then of course a clean install of madden should fix it.

I'm a new user and don't know where I should put this but I have a problem with madden crashing to desktop when using multiple Xbox controllers. I usually search the internet for solutions but I can't find anything in regards to this. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

if you recently update your video drivers you might want to roll back to a older version

Thanks for the help but for whatever reason I don't have the problem anymore. The only thing that I changed was to stop duplicating my screen onto my TV and instead using my new 144hz PC monitor. I don't see why that would effect anything though as it was only a problem on local multiplayer.
