XBOX 1 Does anyone have or want to start a small CFM that is focused on team-building and long term play?

I really enjoy playing CFM but I don't want to be in a full 32 person league. I'd love to have a few people together to play the game and enjoy the CFM experience together. If we create a league, we would Advance 2-3 times a week, have limits on trading with CPU and just a few basic rules to keep it realistic for a few franchise years.

Let me know if you wanna start something like that or already have one! Thanks so much.
