If born prior to 1986 he would receive a pass.

Anything after then, he's just another wannabe nostalgic dink who likely never watched a single Hartford Whalers game (because they were either too young or are posers.)

I officially will state this dynasty is severely unrealistic. There is NO WAY the Hurricanes would have a record over .500. I'd suggest sending the PS4 back to the manufacturer and demand answers.

Is it just me, or does Tyler Kennedy have a very punch-able face? Something about him makes me fill with homicidal rage, yet I'd be too much of a chicken to every confront him IRL because he would easily beat me up.

Also, you aren't the only one who finds Tyler Kennedy's pig-face very punchable. Pretty much all of the Flyers faithful feel the same way.

Flyers Can't Solve Bernier, Suffer Third Period Letdown


Bernier makes a huge save on Brayden Schenn Early in the game

Jonathan Bernier held the fort for the Maple Leafs through two periods after the Flyers came out firing and two quick goals at the start of the third period sealed the deal as the Maple Leafs defeated the Flyers 4-1 last night. The Flyers came out firing on all cylinders outshooting the Maple Leafs 10-2, but could not get one past Bernier who was standing on his head. The 2nd period was much of the same as the Flyers peppered shot after shot at Bernier but still the scoreline showed goose eggs. "We threw everything we could those first two periods. It was frustrating and I think it showed in the third period. We were gripping our sticks too tightly and trying to force plays after we fell behind." Braydon Coburn said.

David Clarkson scored a minute into the third when the puck took a strange bounce on the way to Jakub Voracek and Clarkson fired slapshot just under Mason's glove to give the Leafs a 1-0 lead. Shortly after Joffery Lupul started to go behind the net but passed the puck to Peter Holland just to the right of Mason and roofed it passed the young goaltender. The Flyers would get one back on a 5-on-3 Powerplay when Lecavalier would find Matt Read to finally snap Bernier's shutout, but Leo Komarov used a screen to get a shot by Mason to put the Flyers back on their heels. Phil Kessel would seal the deal after Andrew MacDonald would accidently collide with Steve Mason leaving the net wide open.

F*** Bernier..... and the Leafs...Kudos to the AI for actually going defensive after the 2-0 lead though. Really noticed them going into a 1-4 and that made it tough. Might need to play with the sliders some more cause Mason/Emery can't stop much. Clarkson's slapshot was utter crap, no screen at all.
