Game Face Problems?

Anyone else having issues getting their game face into the game?
Everytime I go to download from EA within the game it says I haven't uploaded anything, yet when I go to my EA page I have 3 faces in there.
What am I doing wrong?

I used the camera (Xbox Vision) and created my Game Face. But I also had the option of using the picture that I created my TW10 Gameface to use in this game. Both methods gave me similar Game Faces.

I can't get my pictures to work. Keeps telling me I haven't uploaded any.
This is for PS3.

You must log in to easports.com to upload your photos. Here's the directions:

How do you get your photos from easports to even load up. Im not seeing anything for it. I just have select storage device.

Figured it out. Seems I have 2 different email accounts registered to EA and I was using the wrong one.

What are the requirements for the EAsports account and the LIVE account....what needs to match and how do you sync them?

-I've created my game face from the EASports site.

-I try to use the create Game Face feature on TW11 but it continues to tell me I don't have any pictures on the EASports.com, but I do, I just created a GameFace...so what gives?
