Yup.

I think all of us on OS that play it could be charged with following a cult.

Also, get used to doing this :banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead::banghead: :banghead:. A LOT.

Which is a better sports management simulation...FM 2013, or OOTP 13?

FM is a lot more in depth when it comes to scouting, contracts, and all that. I'd say it goes a lot more in depth in general. Both are on the same level for me. Now that baseball season is over I find myself playing FM a lot more, however both games are great. Wasn't too knowledgeable about soccer but gave FM a chance and ended up loving it. If that's the case with you just gotta look up tactics and the like on many of the wonderful FM sites for certain teams, styles, etc. to help ease you into it a bit more.

Well, in FM, morale, conditioning, and players being used in the right roles as well as there personality have a lot to do with how they play. The manager, you, has a lot bigger role in influencing how the players play in FM compared to OOTP. FM's match engine can be a little spotty at times, OOTP's game engine where you manage the 9 innings yourself is actually very good and realistic, especially when it comes to pitching. You can't just leave a starting pitcher out there too long or he will get completely wrecked. You need to manage your bullpen properly as well. I really can't pick one over the other to be honest.

I have never thought to look for an FM thread here on OS. I love this series. Glad to see this review. I usually pick up every other version but I may go ahead and support them this year and grab 13.
