I apologize for the confusion. I was trying different things and forgot to put the settings back. They are correct now. I am done messing with it & I will leave well enough alone. Please check the original post for the correct sliders & settings.

I updated original post. These settings do work the best for CPU vs CPU using default rosters.

Final sliders updated as of today. I am done tweaking. This is the best I can get without editing the players' ratings.

Yes. In the original, I have this setting set to ON but you can try it with it OFF and compare. I like it ON because sometimes the underdog wins. And no, there aren't a lot of OT games with the Performance EQ set to ON.
