You'll need a transfer cable which goes for about 11 dollars on eBay. You'll then need the program called Xport 360. You plug the HDD into the computer and then transfer my file onto the HDD with the program. Once you get a cable, it'll be easier to understand.

I appreciate that! Let me try and get some round 2 rookies added over the weekend. I'll look at my Madden roster and compare it with my 2k file and see what teams could really use another depth player. With adding more and more players, I don't want to run into the same problem I had before which deleted like 2 days worth of work.

U can also FTP the file to ur xbox, that's what I do.

EDIT: I read through the whole thread and it seems like user "packers" has been getting this done. Thanks Packers. I'll wait for Round 2 rookies and all that. You guys are the best. I love this game.
