Until we have specific threads available for individual rosters, please use this thread to ask about ESPN NFL Football 2k5 rosters: where to get them, who's making them, etc.

There is also a FAQ available to ask all questions about the Action Replay and the Sharkport/X-Port.

MMan's ESPN Football 2k5 version 1.x XBOX Rosters


Transactions (traded, signed, released) will be the first task. I'll be doing their contracts as close to what they really signed for, as long as I can keep the team cap legit. (Example will be Trotter, he signed for league min, but I'm sure he'll want more in the game)

Depth Charts are going to be based off of Ourlads. I'll be making some judgement calls on certain rookies or recently signed players that have a good chance to be starting on opening day. I won't be doing too much of this but you get my drift. You guys can make any changes you want. You'll know your teams better than I will. (other than the Vikes) ha. Player #'s will also be monitored.

Editing Equipment I'm very picky about this, but VC have been getting better. I'll be editing some star players equipment and every Viking down to the nose hair. I'll release a list of the star players I edit. I'm guessing I'll do around 20.

Editing Player Rankings If the rankings hold true from the pics Steve posted...I'll be making some changes. Some of you may like it, and some may not. That's why this will be part of my 1.1 release. As a Vikings fan though... I seen that Bennett and Hovan are a bit overrated, and Winfield a bit underrated. This is the kind of thing I'll be looking at. I won't be editing many back-ups, but I'll look at the top-20 at each position or so, and making some changes. I'll make a list of this for ya'll to see.

- Can you email me the roster file?
- Where can I download this file?
- What is an AR?
- Are you going to change the ratings to?
- Are you done with the NFC East because I'm in this tourny tonight.
- Did someone get the game already, and if so, will the rosters be done when the game is officially released?
- What is an xport?
- Where can I find ESPN 2K5 rosters?
- How do you get this AR thing to work?
- Can someone who has the rosters email them to me because I don't know where to find them?
- How many more teams do you have to do?

How will it be possible to sign a player to a specific contract if you're assigning them to a team. EX-(Trotter to Eagles)? I was under the impression you could only do that in franchise mode.
