Re: NFL 2K15 - BETA File for PS2 (2014 NFL Draft Prospects)

If you're still struggling just try playing on the default sliders then work your way up. Jumping in at a high difficulty w/o know all the ins and outs might make it more frustrating than challenging. For example, if you notice running is too easy or hard, bump up blocking or RB ability; too many incompletions, bump up QB accuracy and/or WR catching, etc. until you're close to the recommended sliders. Tweaking them to fit your level and game style is always encouraged.

Thanks for the response, but my issue with that is that if I bring it down to my level the game won't be challenging anymore, I want it to be difficult but not so difficult I can't win.

Go back to the nfl 2k5 rosters. You'll see 2013-2014 rosters by gillboldberg, he updated the first post to these rosters. Go to the bottom he has Xbox and ps2 files.

Here's the XBOX files. I can't change the save name, so I'm not sure what they're going to show up as. Just rename them when you load them up on your console.
Attached Files
File Type: zip RMROSTER.zip (228.5 KB, 21 views)
File Type: zip RMFRANCHISE.zip (241.8 KB, 19 views)

This will be for the PS2 ONLY. Please refer to a different post should you need any help converting to the X-BOX.

2015 roster file

• 2014 -15 rosters are 100% complete. Every team have a full complement of 54 players. I have also included the long snappers.

• Although you can start a franchise with this file I would not recommend it. The schedules would not be accurate and the rookies will not be included.

• Details include: actual holders for kickers on XP, long snappers in on special teams, kickers and punters wearing a different shoe on their kicking foot.

2015 franchise file

• ALL franchises are available/ playable to start a season with.

• Roughly 97% of the player contracts are correct. All have the correct amount of years left hence, many of the "key or star" players rarely get to leave via free agency.

• ALL players are available to start a season with. If you want to move a player to IR (i.e. injured reserve) you are free to do so.

• 2014-15 schedule included in file. Big thanks to Devin State and MGPet.

• 2014-15 rosters are 100% complete. Every team have a full complement of 54 players. I have also included the long snappers.

• Players were ranked/ rated on overall performance and impact for the 2013-2014 season. These are my personal preferences.

• Players are ranked/ rated from an overall aspect. For example, WR C. Johnson (Lions) has a 100 overall ranking. CB R. Sherman (Seahawks) overall is 94. I wanted to fairly rank players based on impact not only on their team but, in the league as a whole. Again, that does not make Sherman ineffective.

• 380+ created rookies for the 2015 Draft. Again, this is my personal preference for ranking these prospects (i.e. attributes). This file was created in late December 2013 - February 2014. The rankings were ranked according to cbssports.com draft website.

• Year 2 in the franchise mode will supply “off the mark” stats. It will also take about 30-45 minutes to load DURING the preseason. However, after the preseason is complete it will play as normal.

• NOTE: Attached in MS Word is a list of players who where cut or signed to new teams during between July - August 2014. Feel free to make these transactions for realistic game play.

2015 NFL Draft rookie prospects

• All rookies rankings/ ratings were based on cbssports.com rankings. This file was completed in mid-December 2013 - February 2014.

• You can view the overall ratings in Finn’s editor under DURABILTY. For example, Oregon's QB M. Mariota overall is 80. You are free to change the durability so your rookies don’t get hurt often during the season. I usually set them at the default 2k5 rating of 75.

• 380+ rookies created

• Each position was given certain equipment attributes. For example, QB’s have wrist bands but no gloves. OL were given gloves and neoprene elbow sleeves.

• Note: If you are interested in extracting ONLY the 2015 Draft prospects you can do so. This can be done thru Finn’s editor by EXPORTING the roster and saving it on your hard drive or available disk. You can then IMPORT those players to your free agent list. Make sure that you have at least 385 players/ slots in free agency.

2015 Team uniforms

Each team home/ away, “home only” or “away only” uniforms reflect what each team predominately wore during the 2014-15 season. A few of these unis are not the “authentic” current ones. These have to be made while you are playing the game.

• 49ers – 1964-1995 unis

• Bills – 1974-1975 unis

• Cardinals – 1959-1960 unis (closest I could find to current unis)

• Chargers- 1963-1965 unis (closest I could find to current unis)

• Dolphins – 2003 alternate (away only)

• Rams – 2004 alternate (home only)

• Vikings – 1961-1962 unis

2015 Coach Rankings

• Each coach has been updated to reflect what they have done up to this season including regular season updated win/ loss records

Note: this does NOT reflect how each team play. It is more cosmetic to give the game a more realistic feel.

Special thanks to GillBoldberg.

2015 Stadiums

Below are a list of stadiums that share the Visual Concepts Dome as their playing facility. I did this to create formality because there are a number of new stadiums I could not replicate.

• 49ers – Forty-Niners Park

• Vikings – Vikings Park

• Colts – Colts Park

• Cardinals-Cardinals Park

• Every season the Super Bowl will be at the "Future Super Bowl" site in Glendale, Arizona.

2015 Settings

• Blocking – HUM 15, CPU 37

• Passing – HUM 0, CPU max

• Running – HUM 15, CPU max

• Catching – HUM max, CPU max

• Coverage – HUM 5, CPU 0

• Pursuit – HUM 5, CPU 5

• Tackling – HUM 0, CPU 7

• Kicking – HUM 0, CPU max

• Fatigue – HUM 5, CPU 5

• Injury - 24

• Fumble – 30

• Interception – 0

• Game play: Fast; 9 minute quarters (6 minute quarters for simulation for the best statistical results)
How do u load it on ps2??
