How to get rosters for PS2?

Same with Madden... I have NFL 2K5, Madden 09, Madden 11 on PS2. I want to get updated rosters for my PS2 games. I see there are files for rosters on here that I can use, but can somebody direct me somewhere telling me how to actually transfer the files to my memory card or however it is done? I have a Mac though, can you do it on a Mac?

I doubt it works on MAC but you can try.

Yes you have to buy a max drive and a AR Disc is an Action replay disc;

Buy Action Replay Max for PS2...it comes with a mini-disc and a flash drive.

1 - You put the .max file on the flash drive from your computer.

2- Use the mini disc in the PS2 to launch the AR Max software.

3- Unpack the .max file to your memory card on the PS2.

Works for me and I don't know much about this stuff either.
