ps3 2012 franchise and roster

I think I found a solid .psv file for the 2012 rosters, but I'm not sure if there has been a franchise file created that's compatible with the ps3. Does anyone have a legit file for both the ps3 2012 franchise and roster?

I made a PS2 save from silentways roster, but then failed to make a ps3 one since converting ps2 to ps3 sounds nearly impossible. i am pretty sure the file would have need to have been made in game while playing on ps3.
