I take 40 times, bench presses and agility tests for the most part, then after that I use my knowledge of how good the player was in college based on scouting reports and me following their their college career, and also i look at stats. Only a couple players are overrated (due to strength) but besides that the hardest part is making linebackers and O-Lineman.

I saw you said above that you were going to try and make rosters...have you had any success with that??
