You won't be banned.

But the rosters won't work on live. Read the message you get when you log in - it says that many things (including rosters) are reset to default when you log in. So you'll be using the original rosters when you play online. But you can load these custom ones for offline play.

Does anybody have complete rosters. My boy Justin Gage got drafted by the bears and i haven't seen him in the game or anybodys rosters?
