Search eBay and mail them in. I know many will disagree, but eBay will give security and the rosters I bought are different from anywhere else. The guy basically used Madden's roster- they were pretty good and worth it.

DL ps3 rosters, then use a ps2 to ps3 mem-card adaptor to put them on a ps2 memory card.

you sure this works? i dont want to buy one and then find out it doesnt work

I don't know if you can connect it directly to your computer or if it has to be connected to a PS3 but if it can connect to your computer then it should work fine.

adapter doesn't work it only taskes info from the card doesn't write.

http://freemcboot.psx-scene.com/swap.php is the only way anyone has found so far
