Finn editor and roster question

I am new to this and wondered if when I download a popular roster set, is it understood that the ratings for the players have been made to be pretty realistic or should I look for any kind of Finn ratings file to give that realistic experience?

I just wondered how involved the roster makers get with each players ratings. I would very much like to get a good roster set with accurate ratings and donate to that person instead of trying to spend months learning what the ratings do and how they affect each player, then actually change the ratings(but eventually I probably will as I like doing projects like that.)

But for now I just want to play and have realistic football. I have the xbox version if anyone wants to recommend a name or two for xbox rosters.

Once I converted, I think it's safe to say they put in the ratings correctly. They had Tebow at a 75 and his leadership was a 99 which is 1 point short of what Tebow deserves.

And his power and accuracy were only 75 and 72. So that showed me they put in the extra effort.
