Question about Finn's Editor...

Hey guys, I've been looking for an answer in the search but having trouble, can I select all players from one roster and copy them to another roster or do I have to do it one by one? I'm trying to get a franchise roster file into a regular roster file.

This is the best and easiest way to do the copy / paste from franchise to roster.

1. Get VC's release from my site. The players should all have unique names and be suitable for the conversion.

2. Load the franchise and note how many players are on each team (usually between 51-54). I'd write this down.

3. Load VC's roster in the game and change the number of players on a team to match that of the franchise. You need the same number to accurately copy/paste.

4. In the editor, load the franchise and, one by one, right click on each team name and EXPORT the team. It only takes a couple minutes.

5. Load the VC roster and right click and IMPORT the teams. Be sure the 49ers are overwriting the old 49ers, etc. It will ask if you're sure- say yes. If it says you're overwriting more players than are available (or the opposite), you didn't put the right number of guys on the destination team.

6. Repeat for all teams. You should now have a roster from the franchise. You can even do the FAs.

7. Save.
