Hard Roster Rating

Lately i been using rosters with 115 rating but i have found that everybody pretty much plays the same. People are tooooooo fast becuz when u put players in a 100-115 speed on the game they are really 99 speed , so i decided to make a roster depending on what i see in the football game on T.V and use the speed from Madden 10 but change some of the speeds alil bit cuz some people was to fast or slow. I am not done but what i have played i love dem and now the bench players want play like da starters
