I'll see what I can do tomorrow. I have been messing around with the greatest players roster and adding FAs and replacing guys I don't care about. I'm going to release it as ALLPRO2K11 (as opposed to 2k10, which is the base I started from).

I'll drop that for a day or so and see what I can do.

FNG here's a solution to your latest franchise file that didn't work!

It's the Steelers that is the problem!

Do this in game for Steelers: Release all QB:s and Guards, then sign them to new contracts ( I made 1 year contracts) as well as one extra guard. After signing, start Kemoteau as G and the extra guard you signed to another starting position, leave Foster as backup. It should work!! Simulate season, should not freeze on chi vs det game anymore!

I'll take a look at this tomorrow more but it worked for me when I made new roster file from your latest file. Everything worked fine until I checked Steelers depth chart in game. Then it made the same freeze as your file cause after chi vs det game it's steelers game! I knew that the problem was with the Steelers and something I made to the depth chart. I only moved QBs and Gs. That way I knew the problem was with some player in those positions, so I release all of them and signed them again with extra G. It worked!

Correct, it worked/simulated whole season on my file but didn't have the time to try this to your original file. I'll try it to your file when I get home today if you haven't already done this but it should work to your also
