?? I got his pic from the editor - in the original game he is listed as "Dallas Coach" but i guess they changed it before the game came out. His picture is some weird number, i found it a PhotoIndex.

EDIT: Joe Gibbs however does not have a photo at all in the game

The photoindex and PBP has like everything. I pointed this out to you before about Jared Lorenzen and Lousaka Polite in your roster. they are called by their number. HOWEVER - their names are in the game! You just have to set them up.

Also, Dave Campo was the coach in NFL 2K3.
