My latest is posted dolphin,though I intended to have a more recent by now if not for some personal issues I had.

I made some ratings changes but not many roster moves for secondary players per teams.I may get something out soon and intend to certainly have something after the draft and again right before the start of next season.

I don't want to post a file that isn't updated enough by most standards so I think for now we'll keep it at that.
