xbox 360 users - how to get rosters?

I'm with you on this. I'm sick of Madden (didn't buy 08 or 09 either) and a good group of my friends are the same way. If I can get this figured out I know a lot of them will flock back to 2K5 with modern Franchises & Rosters.
