I have never transfer a roster before. I have my xbox connected to my pc to play videos, etc, but I want to try and get a new roster update. Can some give my a "play by play" instruction to how it is done? Much appreciated.

Better to hit up the search option for this one...but to save you the time, if you dont have an xsata or xport you better jump on ebay or start searching the net.
