problem with rosters.

man i have been away from the forums for a while and was suprised to see people actually had new rosters for this game. man you guys are a life saver, but i have a problem. i'm not too computer literate and i downloaded someones roster. the problem is that it says the file is zipped whatever that means. so i would assume i would have to unzip the file but how do i go about doing that. man i really want these rosters. they are the only thing stopping me from trading this game in for credit towards gta san andreas. either way any help would be greatly appreciated. thank you.

use the action replay to load the rosters onto your XBOX

The only other way I've heard of is if you have a modded Xbox. You can get an older version of Action Replay on eBay pretty cheaply and it's worth it for other current games, roster-wise. As far as these files/rosters go, don't ever unzip or rename anything or you'll corrupt them and they'll be useless.

does someone have the caps for the rookies and all the adjustment for the rest of the rosters? i don't have ar mind. i found all the roster changes and made all the adjustments which took like forever. now i just need a complete list of attribute changes and then i can finally start my season. mind you i don't have ar so i will be going to each team and changing each of their players attributes by hand. any help would be greatly appreiciated.
