Action replay HELP!!!!

I WENT AND BOUGHT ONE TODAY(XBOX), BUT I CANT SEEM TO FIGURE THIS THING OUT.I SEE ALL OF THE HISTORIC AND UPDATED ROSTERS UP(ESPN NFL 2K5), BUT I CANT DO ANYTHING WITH THEM BECAUSE I DON'T KNOW HOW TO WORK THIS ACTION REPLAY.SO CAN ANYONE HELP ME OUT?ANY ADVICE IS HELPFUL.

First,

Don't write message with caps lock on please....

Here's what you need to do...
1. Load Action replay software
2. Plug USB cradle with 8meg card into your computers USB slot
3. Start Action replay software
4. On left hand side of software is your 8meg card( should be nothing showing if new )
5. Download roster update from the forum( usually zip file )
6. Once downloaded, drag zip into left hand of action replay window( 8meg card window)
7. software will extract and copy file to 8meg card. Once completed, this will now show in the left hand side window
8. Remove card and plug into back of your xbox controller
9. Without a game disk in the xbox, start the machine.
10.Once the menu appears, go to memory option. From here, copy the file from the xbox controller memroy card to the xbox harddrive.
11. Once finshed, exit out, put game disk in, start game, the load roster files from games menu.

Can you just FTP the files over to the XBOX if it is networked and modded? I don't have action replay, do I need it?
