Neutral Zone Infraction

Dose anyone know what triggers neutral zone infraction been trying to add more realism to the game. I've been messing around with this having everyone set to zero on my roster and neutral zone set to low 1 notch, I'm finding it calls more neutral zone then having set high also been trying with max aggressiveness on def to see if I notice a difference but not noticing any.
I'm hoping there's an individual stat that triggers this, that works in tandem with neutral zone infraction penalty. Weather it's a couple of stats that's tied to the Qb or the defensive line.
