Weekly Prep - Team Meeting

I've tried searching but couldn't find anything regarding team meetings so...

I have a couple questions:

1. How does team focus affect players in-game?
2. How does the team meeting affect players in-game? Also, what do certain parts of the team meeting do?

I think team focus during in game really helps players focus... Lol ive tried weekly prep and could never get a positive rating out of the players so i just used it as a difficulty modifier kinda makes the game harder. and when i had low team focus Linemen runningbacks would miss easy blocks Windeouts route running was bad it might affect consistency or composure rating i'm not sure it says nothing about it in the manual but this could help if you havent stumbled upon this before

Thanks man. That's what I was looking for - what are the tangible affects of having low team focus.

Does anyone know if it's possible to save the weekly prep, so I don't have to do them when the new season begins?

Sorry it is not possible to save it, every new franchise year you need to repeat it.
