I know some of you just lurk and download and enjoy ESPN NFL 2K5. I know I do BUT some of you need to post in here and keep this forum alive. The reason I'm posting this is because I don't believe that an NFL game will release soon that replicates the NFL product like 2K5 does. Get in here and show your support. I know some of you think about doing it but c'mon man! Let's go! Oh and happy Christmas and Merry new year to you all. Long live NFL 2K5!

My 360 is on the fritz. Dusted off the old brick and played some "older classics" then remembered NFL 2k5. Couldn't find it for a couple of weeks until tonight. It was in some crappy dvd case just to protect it whenever it came upon.

Anyways, just loaded up my 13 year franchise with a running back that's 10 years in his career and has over 14,000 yards. I'm going for the record but afraid that he won't want another extension and wanna play somewhere else. They always get skidish about playing on one team while playing at Hof style football.

Don't even buy the new maddens and haven't even played this years game. A first i think since the first year it came out one 360.

SHOT CALLERS FOR A GAME THIS SHOULD BE YOUR NEW YEARS RESOLUTION.... NFL 2k14 fully customizable game and blah blah blah. We all get the drill.

It is hard to believe it has been over 8 years since this masterpiece was released. I was 13 when I first experienced 2k5 and since then have put in close to 500 hours in 2k5. The last few years my play time has decreased tremendously but I still find some time to fire it up a few times a year.

I just fired this back up after a two year layoff... Im on an Xbox 360 Slim with a 500GB HDD.. am I out of luck on getting the newest Roster updates?

There are directions around the forum on how to get the rosters on the 360. It isn't too difficult once you get the hard drive transfer cable.

Just played a franchise game this morning CAR 14-28 SEA. Need to get a transfer cable for the rosters.
ESPN Nfl 2k5 STILL is better than Madden 8 years later.

Why don't everyone start an online petition to get things moving in the right direction. Get Take Two's email address and let these guys have it until something really done. I'm so tired of Madden being the only choice.
