Re: Does anyone else love The Crib?

One of my favorite features of the game. Especially when I was younger, I loved being able to decorate my house however I wanted. The trophy case added a ton of depth, too. I'm still trying to get them all.

Don't they have it in 2k? I thought it is so cool that you can do anything there

Re: Does anyone else love The Crib?

I suppose I'll throw my two cents into the ring and say that it's features like The Crib that games today need now more than ever. I suppose I could see the argument that "why are we putting in a feature that won't get money out of it" but considering how well regarded The Crib is 13 or so years after the release of the game says something about what makes a quality game. The little things like The Crib really do make me wonder what if companies today weren't afraid to try things? Granted the last american football game that I've played was Madden 2011 which quite honestly felt flat and lifeless. Maybe it's just because I grew up around that time but the early-mid 2000's seemed to be the golden age for gaming. It's not just nostalgia that pulls me back to these games, it's actual quality. Also I suppose my signature is relevant to this thread.

Re: Does anyone else love The Crib?

I loved The Crib. I think I spent as much time in it as I did playing my franchise and I don't even know how many years deep I went, I lost count.
