OTA DVR Recommendations?

Anyone here have any recommendations on a good over the air DVR system? We cut the cord a few months back and the only thing that my wife is really missing is the ability to start a show a few minutes late. Right now her only option is wait until it is over and then find it online.

Want to find something that doesn't have a subscription fee either. I don't really care about getting a tv guide or anything like that with it as we usually know when our shows would air. Been doing some research on a Tablo but didn't know if anyone else had any suggestions.
